LTS & Atoms
LTS & Atoms is designed for boys and girls ages 4–8 and provides a fun, supportive environment for players to develop their skating, puck-handling, and hockey skills. Players are placed in groups based on age and ability, with LTS focused on introducing the fundamentals of skating and stickhandling, while Atoms helps players build on those skills through more advanced instruction and game play. The program includes two ice sessions per week over a 10–11 week season, with Fall and Winter registration options available. All sessions are held at Everett Arena, and full hockey equipment is required for participation.
Ages
Boys and girls born between 2017–2022 (approximately ages 4–8) are eligible to participate in the LTS & Atoms program.
When
LTS & Atoms is offered in two sessions each season. Session 1 runs from October through December, and Session 2 runs from January through March. Players may register for either session individually or for the Full Season, which includes both sessions.
Where
All LTS & Atoms program activities take place at Everett Arena in Concord, New Hampshire, with practices held on BOTH Saturday & Sunday.
Practices
Players participate in two on-ice sessions each week, held on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season.
Equipment
Full hockey equipment is required for all players, including helmet with cage, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads, shin guards, hockey pants, hockey socks, skates, neck guard, and stick. Proper equipment must be worn for all on-ice sessions.
Jerseys
CYHA jerseys will be provided at check-in on the first day of the season for all registrants and are required to be worn at all times on the ice.
